Rosmarinic Acid is a phenolic compound with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. Rosmarinic Acid has been shown to inhibit againts peroxidative damage to biomembranes. Rosmarinic Acid also suppresses endotoxin-induced activation of complement and concomitant prostacyclin biosynthesis.
